‘Beer with a Scientist’ is a monthly seminar series that was started by Dr. Beverly. Once a month a scientist presents information on a topic of his/her expertise in a bar to packed crowd of mostly non-scientists. The first BWAS was given by Dr. Beverly in May of 2014…..since then there have been more than 50 BWAS presentations on topics ranging from cancer, stem cells, aging, ebola, climate change, astronomy, beer, evolution…….
